Top 10 questions/messages to Foursquare users

Foursquare is a location-based mobile platform that makes cities easier to use and more interesting to explore. By checking-in via a smartphone app or SMS, users share their location with friends while collecting points and virtual badges.

Great application until it got out of control. Kahit saan na lang nagche-check-in.

1. May nag nagche-check-in sa “happy place”. Saan naman yan, aber?
2. Wag naman sana check-in ng check-in. Kaya nga ginawa ng Foursquare ang Overshare Badge.
3. Meron sa kama – nagyayabang lang siguro dahil may WiFi sila sa bahay.
4. Bahay-office-bahay-office-bahay-office. I don’t get it unless you want to be the “Mayor” of your bahay or office.
5. I hope that Foursquare users don’t just check-in but give ratings and tips on the places they go to – tips kung masarap ang pagkain, kung mura ang mga paninda o kung marami bang magaganda/gwapo doon.
6. I hope that Foursquare users also choose not to share all check-ins unless gusto mong sundan ka ng crush mo… “Habulin mo ko… (maarte voice)”
7. Talaga ba’ng nagcheck-in ka sa Starbucks o napadaan ka lang?
8. Bakit walang nagchecheck-in sa mga hindi masyadong sosyalin na lugar tulad ng palengke o jeep terminal?
9. Isa sa mga hindi ko talaga kinaya, may nagcheck-in habang nasa Emergency Room ng isang ospital – kahit nag-aagaw-buhay na.
10. Thank God, wala pa akong nakikitang nagcheck-in sa simbahan.
